Erick Ragni, AIA, LEED AP

Erick is a highly experienced and award-winning architect with over 30 years of experience, having worked across the country on projects of all scales and typologies. His career includes working with some of the most recognized firms in the country including Frank O Gehry & Associates, HOK, and Lauren Rottet Studio. He has over 20 years of experience leading eponymous design firms in the residential and interiors sectors and is a Registered Architect in the State of Texas.

Rachel Grady, AIA

Rachel has a decade in architecture and design under her belt and has earned degrees in architecture from two prestigious universities; Rice University in Houston and McGill University in Montreal, QC. Rachel has been instrumental to numerous award-winning projects across Texas and beyond and has managed numerous large-scale projects. She and Erick have been collaborating for over half a decade.
